How much does it cost to film an event?
We keep pricing transparent. We don’t hide costs, and we won’t add to the quote for small changes.
Years of event work have shown us what filming actually takes. We own the latest high-end kit, so we don’t pass hire charges on to you – better quality, and lower cost.
Events rarely run to time. We won’t charge extra for an earlier start or a later finish. The team knows what is required and works independently to rig and operate through the day.
Standard package includes:
3 professional fixed cameras
2 camera operators
That gives a wide shot of the room and the ability to push in on speakers and guests at the same time, so reactions aren’t missed.
After the event you get a full-length edit, speaker and guest interviews, and short social clips.
To give us time to rig, we need hotel rooms the night before, plus onsite parking for load-in and load-out.
Event / conference filming cost: £3750
Includes mileage of 150 miles from London
Add live streaming to Teams / Facebook / Youtube etc for an additional £750
